Jewellery Sales Assistant

Job Description:

As a Jewelry Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Providing expert advice on jewelry selection, including gemstones, metals, and designs.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
• Conducting sales transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in jewelry sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
