The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in robotics, electronics, programming, and mechanical systems, with a keen interest in automation and intelligent machines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on Robotics, STEM, and related SREM modules.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the company's training curriculum.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experiments and practical learning activities.
  • Guide students in project-based learning and competitions.
  • Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain reports of attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Support curriculum development by suggesting improvements based on classroom experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in STEM and robotics education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of STEM concepts, coding, and robotics kits (e.g., Arduino, LEGO, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage learners and simplify technical concepts.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Python, Scratch, or basic programming languages.
  • Familiarity with AI, IoT, or 3D printing concepts.

Salary: upto training
