Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients by understanding their unique needs and financial goals.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to provide accurate property valuations, insights on market conditions, and forecasts for potential investments.
  • Property showcasing: Manage and update property listings, coordinate property viewings, and host open houses to attract prospective buyers.
  • Expert guidance: Advise clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and market trends.
  • Negotiations and closing: Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best possible terms and prices for purchase agreements, leases, or contracts.
