About Us:

Unica Construction Group has over 18 years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across Georgia. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and remodeling projects.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, contracts, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.

  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend).

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM US EST
