Job Responsibilities

  • Daily transaction of Bulk shipment & ISO tanker orders
  • Warehouse sale order processing thru SAP.
  • Bond & HSS Transactions.
  • Download & upload the related docs from Customer portal.
  • Customer related, Cr / Dr notes ,Approval, Sending ,uploading.
  • Maintain the daily order tracker for Open & contract Po's.
  • LR , Acknowledgement , Despatch Information & document to customer ,
  • Follow up with WH & on time despatch of materials.
  • Clean up quotation that are not converted & open orders clean up.
  • Inform customer about the shipping schedule & the status of deliveries.
  • Follow-up with SCM & procurement team & make on time for arrangements of Products.
  • Handling Job 7 & customer complaints.
