Job Responsibilities
- Daily transaction of Bulk shipment & ISO tanker orders
- Warehouse sale order processing thru SAP.
- Bond & HSS Transactions.
- Download & upload the related docs from Customer portal.
- Customer related, Cr / Dr notes ,Approval, Sending ,uploading.
- Maintain the daily order tracker for Open & contract Po's.
- LR , Acknowledgement , Despatch Information & document to customer ,
- Follow up with WH & on time despatch of materials.
- Clean up quotation that are not converted & open orders clean up.
- Inform customer about the shipping schedule & the status of deliveries.
- Follow-up with SCM & procurement team & make on time for arrangements of Products.
- Handling Job 7 & customer complaints.
