Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with inventory operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely inventory replenishments. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align inventory management with customer service and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inventory and Inventory Control processes
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management systems and practices
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and basic reporting techniques
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software or tools
