Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in , React Native, Ruby on Rails,

and PostgreSQL to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal

candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using and React Native.

 Develop, maintain, and optimize Ruby on Rails APIs and backend services.

 Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and

performance tuning.

 Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver highquality features.

 Implement RESTful APIs, micro services, and scalable application architectures.

 Ensure application security, scalability, and performance best practices.

 Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

 Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines as part of the development

lifecycle.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 5–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

 Strong proficiency in and React Native, including component design, hooks, and state

management.

 Proven experience with Ruby on Rails backend development, ActiveRecord, and RESTful APIs.

 Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and maintenance.

 Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment and monitoring.

 Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Preferred)

 Experience in GraphQL or API Gateway integration.

 Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

 Familiarity with Redis, Sidekiq, or background job frameworks.

 Experience with automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, Cypress).

 Basic understanding of security and data privacy best practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2
