Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and scaling web applications in a product-driven environment. You'll work across the full stack using MongoDB, , React, and to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that users love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to build intuitive, responsive, and user-focused features.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Integrate APIs, services, and databases with attention to scalability and performance.
  • Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews in an agile setup.
  • Contribute ideas and technical insight during product discussions and architectural decisions.
  • Stay current with emerging tools and practices in web development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years
    of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, focused on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern React (hooks, context, Redux).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth) with security best practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Background in agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in a product-focused environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years
    of professional experience in full-stack development, with proven work on product development projects.
