Job Overview:

We are looking for a junior Full-Stack & Backend Developer with 1-2 years of experience in MERN Stack and The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend logic, RESTful APIs, and full-stack development while being eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using and
  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and (MERN Stack).
  • Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for data storage, queries, and optimization.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
  • Build responsive and interactive UI components with
  • Implement state management using Redux or Context API.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in both frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth application flow.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in MERN Stack or Backend development.
  • Proficiency in and for backend development.
  • Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines, NATS Streaming Service, Twilio Messaging, or MixPanel is a bonus.
