ProArch is in search of a talented AI Quality Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality and performance of AI-driven products through rigorous testing and validation procedures. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, automating test cases, and collaborating closely with cross functional team and software engineers to deliver reliable and efficient AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for AI and machine learning applications.
  • Implement automated testing strategies to validate model performance, accuracy, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to understand model requirements and identify testing needs.
  • Analyze test results, document findings, and communicate defects to stakeholders.
  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in AI and testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and tools.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and data quality assessments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
