Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Rajkot. The Deputy Manager will oversee the daily operations and ensure the effective implementation of insurance policies and services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, processing claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products and services
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in handling insurance claims and policy processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
