We are seeking an experienced
WordPress Full-Stack Developer
who lives and breathes code, design, and performance. You'll be responsible for end-to-end development of client websites—from estimation and planning to implementation, testing, and handover.

You should have strong expertise in the WordPress ecosystem, with additional knowledge of other CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Shopify, or custom frameworks). A proactive mindset, technical precision, and the ability to provide accurate project estimations are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-speed websites using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React).
  • Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks—ensuring seamless functionality and clean architecture.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to
    analyze client requirements and provide accurate time/cost estimates
    .
  • Perform technical audits, migrations, and performance optimizations (speed, security, SEO).
  • Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, payment gateways, email marketing tools).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across staging and production environments.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in web development.
  • Provide post-launch support and documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
    in WordPress development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST API.
  • Proven experience with
    Elementor, Gutenberg, WooCommerce, WPML, ACF, and custom theme/plugin development
    .
  • Experience with performance optimization (caching, image handling, Core Web Vitals).
  • Familiarity with Git, WP-CLI, and local development environments (Local by Flywheel, Docker).
  • Working knowledge of
    other CMS platforms
    such as
    Shopify, Webflow, or Laravel-based systems
    (a strong plus).
  • Ability to independently assess client briefs and
    provide clear, realistic project estimations
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
