At C2C Media, we are a performance marketing agency helping businesses grow with creativity and technology. We're looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can handle both front-end and back-end development, ensuring our websites are visually appealing, functional, and scalable.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a full-stack WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You should be able to take ownership of projects from concept to execution, including custom theme/plugin development, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
  • Build and customize themes, templates, and plugins as required.
  • Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate ideas into functional websites.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage hosting environments, migrations, and database structures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
  • Deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to handle both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (logic & database) tasks.
  • Experience with version control (Git) is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong portfolio of WordPress projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for WordPress.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Experience in performance marketing or agency environment.
