Executive - Inside Sales - Research Services

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to talk to clients over phone, explain our services, generate leads, and help convert them into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Call potential clients daily and explain our PhD assistance services.
Generate new leads from calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable services.
Maintain a follow-up list and convert warm leads into hot leads.
Build trust and maintain good relationships with clients.
Reach monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Update daily call reports and lead status.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Confident in cold calling and convincing clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-focused.
Ability to handle client objections politely.
