About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and lead generation team.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
  • Explain company products/services and generate interest.
  • Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on all calls.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and continue calling with energy.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations (Excel / CRM preferred).
  • Minimum 10 2 education; graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
