Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to design, deliver, and oversee training programs for F&B and Housekeeping departments in a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading learning initiatives in 4/5 star properties, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to align training programs with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for F&B and Housekeeping teams.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Maintain training records and measure the effectiveness of programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content meets operational requirements.
  • Ensure all training aligns with brand standards, service excellence, and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in hospitality training.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of stable experience as a Training Manager in hospitality (4/5 star property).
  • Strong exposure to F&B and Housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design training materials and use modern learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and reporting outcomes.
  • Educational qualification with a minimum of 45% aggregate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Training & Development / Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in both pre-opening and established hotel environments.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools.
