Job Title: Purchase Executive – Engineering Industry
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–5 Years(Procurement/Purchase)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical or related field)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensure timely supply of materials to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate & finalize vendors/suppliers.
- Raise & process purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices, terms & contracts.
- Monitor inventory & coordinate with stores.
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Maintain purchase records & supplier database.
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments.
- Conduct market research for competitive sourcing.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP.
- Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement practices & market trends.
- Good communication & interpersonal abilities.
