Job Description:

TATA Toyo Radiator is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Testing to lead and manage our automotive and industrial component testing activities. The role requires expertise in test planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting, with strong knowledge of national and international testing standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in automotive and industrial component testing.
  • Expertise in test planning, scheduling, monitoring, execution, and reporting.
  • Review RFQs, comment on DVPs, testing costs, and manage external testing.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and guide testing engineers in daily operations.
  • Validate and certify the quality of new rigs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, IATF, and TQM standards.
  • Apply problem-solving tools to resolve technical challenges.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Functional knowledge of product testing and testing standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL standards, IATF, and TQM principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding of heat exchange systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
