Your Tasks :

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the testing activities of a software project or program
• Monitor the testing process and ensure that all testing activities are completed on time, within budget and with high quality.
• Main point of contact for all test-related matters and works closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets requirements and standards.
• A pronounced customer orientation, independent working methods and a high demand towards the quality of your work.

Your Qualification :

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in similar roles in eCommerce or digital environments (agile and/ or waterfall)
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies & best practices
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, combined with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude
• 5-7 years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
• Very good knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Devops, Jira, Xray, Confluence
• Basic knowledge of test automation and the tools commonly available on the market
• Analytical and solution-oriented ability to think, curiosity and a high willingness to learn
• Leadership competence, communicative and social competence, business fluent and good knowledge of English
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
• ISTQB certification desirable
