Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The EA will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and enabling the Director to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Meeting Coordination
- Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points for internal and external meetings.
- Communication Management
- Act as the liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing communications for timely responses.
- Task & Project Management
- Track key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in managing ongoing projects, ensuring progress updates and reporting.
- Assist in implementing action plans and monitoring execution.
- Office & Information Management
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments for operational efficiency.
- Maintain databases, records, and filing systems in an organized and accessible manner.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Represent the Director professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and take initiative.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
