Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Promotion

  • Promote the Nursing Books to Schools and Colleges and Nursing

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives in assigned territories.

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve business goals.

  • Market and Book Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the Market i.e Colleges Details Exams Schedule, Etc

  • Educate the Book benefits, features, and applications.

  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer , Principals , Librans etc

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing high-quality product knowledge and support.

  • Organize and participate in conferences, CME programs, and Book Fairs etc

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems / Excel

  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, territory insights, and progress against targets.

  • Team Collaboration.

  • creating reports to systematically analyze and communicate the performance of marketing campaigns, strategies, and activities to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree , life sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Book Field or Related Field .

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
