Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP EWM Lead Consultant with strong configuration and implementation expertise in S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and deployment of advanced EWM solutions, ensuring seamless warehouse and logistics operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and configuration in S/4HANA projects.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

- Design and configure EWM processes including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, RF, Handling Units, and Labor Management.

- Integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.

- Manage full project lifecycleblueprint, realization, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Create and maintain all functional documentation (BPML, FS, test scripts, training materials).

- Lead and mentor functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years in SAP EWM.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in both Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM solutions.

- Proven expertise in S/4HANA EWM implementation (at least 12 full-cycle implementations).

- Deep understanding of warehouse process design, storage control, wave management, and slotting/rearrangement.

- Experience with RF Framework, MFS (Material Flow System), and warehouse automation integration.

- Strong cross-functional knowledge in MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.

- Proven leadership experience in managing offshore and onsite delivery teams.

- SAP EWM Certification or S/4HANA Logistics Certification preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics domains.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to warehouse management.
