Key Responsibilities:


•Lead SAP EWM implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

•Manage project delivery for both decentralized and embedded EWM deployments across various industries.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.

•Integrate EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) and third-party or legacy systems.

•Design and configure complex warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, RF framework, labor management, and physical inventory.

•Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including training and knowledge transfer.

•Prepare documentation, conduct training, and support go-live and post-launch activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

•6-10+ years of experience in SAP EWM with deep understanding of warehouse processes.

•Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects.

•Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

•Expertise in SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, and SAP EWM configuration.

•Proficiency in RF Scanning, Wave Management, Warehouse Order creation, Material Handling Systems, and EWM automation.

•Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

•SAP EWM Certification is preferred.

•Experience handling ERP Assessments and S/4HANA Transformation projects is a plus.

Preferred Skills :


•Integration experience with SAP TM, Yard Logistics, and MFS (Material Flow Systems).

•Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or third-party logistics environments.

•APICS certification or similar supply chain credentials preferred.
