Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software tester with 0-1 year of experience in manual testing to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and software testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues.
  • Execute test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior QA engineers and developers to understand project requirements and test objectives.
  • Document test results, track defects, and provide clear and concise reports to the development team.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test strategy discussions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Learn and apply testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
