Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in automation and manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Cypress for automation and will be confident in testing mobile apps, web applications, and CRM platforms manually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.
  • Conduct manual testing of mobile applications, web applications, and CRM systems to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
  • Track, log, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, test strategies, and overall product quality.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
  • Strong experience with Cypress for test automation.
  • Proficiency in manual testing of mobile applications, web applications, and CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated test integration.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
