Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Work Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: 1-2 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, with a strong focus on GST, TDS, and overall compliance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and possess a sound understanding of Indian taxation and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, bank entries, expenses, etc.).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
  • Assist in payroll processing, invoice generation, and petty cash management as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Prime and MS Excel.
  • knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting with a focus on GST and TDS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
