Job Description: Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all service activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. The role focuses on scheduling service calls, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service requests from customers.
- Maintain service logs, records, and documentation for all service requests.
- Prepare service reports and share them with management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support the service team in achieving performance goals and deadlines.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and related documents when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of service operations and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1 years in service coordination, customer support.
