Job Title: Shipping Assistant

Location: Panipat

Experience: 1–2 Years(Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We're looking for a responsible Shipping Assistant to handle daily dispatch

operations, monitor outgoing goods, and assist in billing and documentation.

The candidate should be organized, punctual, and familiar with dispatch and

logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily shipment activities — track what material is going out and

when.

● Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for timely dispatch.

● Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and billing details.

● Maintain shipment records and update dispatch logs in Excel/ERP.

● Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and coordination with transporters.

● Support the accounts and logistics team in daily dispatch and billing tasks.

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience in dispatch/shipping/logistics.

● Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.

● Proficient in MS Excel or ERP entry (preferred).

● Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

● Good communication and coordination abilities.
