About Us

The Adventure Bag Club (TAB) is a youth-centric modern travel community that curates unforgettable group trips and adventures across India. We are rapidly growing and looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team and handle the exciting leads that come in daily through our marketing campaigns.

Role Overview

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all leads generated via our ads. Your role will be to call, engage, and convert leads into confirmed bookings, while maintaining professional communication and ensuring a great customer experience. This includes handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with all leads assigned daily.
  • Explain trip details, itineraries, inclusions, and answer queries clearly.
  • Persuade and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with interested leads until conversion.
  • Record and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding lead quality and common queries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Excellent Hindi & English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and keep following up.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
