About the role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful
Admin Executive

to manage daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling vendors, documentation, and on-field coordination.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage
    day-to-day office administration

, ensuring smooth operations and timely query resolution.
- Handle
documentation, records, and office logs

with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and track
office supplies, assets, and inventory

; ensure timely replenishment.
- Liaise, coordinate, and
negotiate with vendors

for procurement, maintenance, and other office requirements.
- Support in
on-field tasks

, including finding and engaging blue-collar or short-term staff for ad-hoc requirements.
- Ensure
timely closure of tasks

by actively following up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain reports using
MS Excel

and other documentation tools.
- Address and resolve day-to-day
employee/admin-related queries

.
- Contribute to creating an organized, efficient, and positive office environment.

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel

and documentation practices.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and follow-up

skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and
close loops proactively

- On-ground agility with willingness to take ownership and
