Role & responsibilities

Technical:

* New hospitals network design & architecture

* Installation and Configuration: Install, configure and test Network Devices/Applications like Switches, Routers, Firewall, VPNs, Access, Points, etc.

* Troubleshooting: troubleshoot and resolve the incidents reported in Network Hardware/Software. This includes Switches, Routers, Firewall, VPNs, Access Points, Endpoint Security Etc.

* PMS: Verify and Validate PMS activities performed by Network Admins. Also Make Sure PMS is performed as per Schedule and there is no variations or delays

* Daily Checklist: Verify and validate daily checklist activities performed by Network Admins

* Guide Network Admin whenever required in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents

* Any Task assigned by Reporting Manager or Higher Officials in the department

* Maintain the Required Compliance for IT Controls for Networks

* Perform System and Network Audit.

Non-Technical:

* Properly updating the information in HxCentral Ticket with all the necessary and accurate data

* Proper handover of Open/Unresolved/Pending tickets to the shift engineer

* Daily reports to reporting manager about:

Total Tickets

Open Tickets

Closed Tickets

* Create SOPs on the technical processes whenever required

* Documentation of new installations & configuration changes

* Coordination with the vendor for any critical issues in Network devices or applications- whenever advised by vertical head

* Prepare Network Documentation of all installations, incidents and maintenance activity

* Checks daily ticket closures and ensures closure of the same within the SLA defined.

* Escalate issue to Vertical Head if SLA is crossed

Preferred candidate profile

* 10+ years experience in network design, administration, Maintenance

* Experience in network design

* Experience in troubleshooting & maintenance

* Experience in Network routers, switches, firewalls, VPN's, Access points, LAN, WAN, Network Security etc..

* Team Management

* Good communication skills
