The Junior Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for supporting the accounts team in managing customer invoices, collections, and reconciliations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely receipt of payments, and assisting in resolving billing or payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue customer invoices for freight, transportation, customs, and other logistics services.

Record and update receivable transactions in the accounting system.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Coordinate with the operations team to validate billing documents and charges.

Assist in resolving client queries related to invoices, credit notes, and statements.

Support in reconciling customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of AR-related records.

Assist in preparing AR reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Work closely with the Accounts Payable and General Ledger team for smooth month-end closing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

02 years of experience in Accounts/Finance (internship or experience in logistics industry preferred).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills for client follow-ups.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
