What you will be doing

  • Carrying day to day production activities.
  • Processing of Bank Files.
  • Co-ordination with internal team for handover & acknowledgement.
  • Inter department co-ordination for Troubleshooting of issues.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Daily, weekly & monthly MIS.
  • Preparation and maintenance of dispatch challans.
  • Co-ordination with Client on Pin printing feedback etc.
  • Co-ordination with bureau on PIN's acknowledgement & issues.
  • Overall responsibility of the PIN printing area (High Security Zone).

What you bring:

Minimum 2-3 Years in back office/Front office

Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, workflow and priorities
Ability to work overtime when necessary
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and extreme accuracy required

Basic Computer Knowledge i.e. MS-Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, Email

Good Communication/Computer Skills, Client relationship

Minimum Graduation in any stream
