Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Campus Ambassador Intern to join our team. As a Campus Ambassador Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our outreach efforts, including event publicity, merchandise sales, and coordination of college activities. This internship offers generous incentives and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and leadership within the science and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Publicity: Research and identify potential leads, maintain a pipeline of participants, and promote Shaastra events through various channels to increase participation.
  • Merchandise Sales: Boost sales of Shaastra merchandise within your college by developing visibility strategies.
  • Event Organization: Identify venues, organize events, and develop tailored event packages while building long-term relationships with college clubs and organizations.
  • Collaboration: Work with event and marketing heads to align event efforts with overall business goals.
  • Data Collection: Gather and manage data related to event participation, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Reporting: Track and report on event activities and outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
