Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals or departments.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.

Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Manage office supplies inventory, restock as needed, and place orders with approved vendors.

Assist in organizing company events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Collaborate with internal departments to support their administrative needs and ensure efficient communication flow.

Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining financial records.

Assist with HR-related activities, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and coordinating employee benefits.

Help maintain office policies and procedures, and contribute to improving office efficiency and effectiveness.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
