They are responsible for handling all front desk and clerical duties in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Ensure security and safety procedures are followed at the front desk
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a professional and polite demeanor in all situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and composed manner
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
