Position: Center Coordinator / Front Desk Manager
Location: On-Site

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred (exceptional freshers may be considered)
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Center Coordinator / Front Desk Manager to oversee front-office operations and ensure efficient coordination across all center activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team. This role is central to maintaining a streamlined experience for students, parents, and faculty.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
- Manage student walk-ins, appointment scheduling, and service requests.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Center Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate daily center operations in alignment with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Maintain updated documentation, records, and student databases.
- Monitor classroom schedules, faculty availability, and resource allocation.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the management, academic, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support colleagues during events, examinations, or high-demand periods.
- Contribute to process improvements and uphold operational standards.
Administrative Support
- Prepare daily reports, attendance logs, and follow-up records.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in front desk operations, administration, or customer service
- Experience in an educational or institutional setup is an advantage
