Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Center Coordinator / Front Desk Manager to oversee front-office operations and ensure efficient coordination across all center activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team. This role is central to maintaining a streamlined experience for students, parents, and faculty.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Management

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
  • Manage student walk-ins, appointment scheduling, and service requests.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.

Center Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily center operations in alignment with internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain updated documentation, records, and student databases.
  • Monitor classroom schedules, faculty availability, and resource allocation.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the management, academic, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support colleagues during events, examinations, or high-demand periods.
  • Contribute to process improvements and uphold operational standards.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare daily reports, attendance logs, and follow-up records.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
