About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Engineer to join our engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy robotic systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in robotics hardware and software, a passion for automation, and experience working on real-time systems.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge robotic solutions in industrial automation, warehouse robotics, service robots, drones, or AI-integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robotic systems for automation in industrial, logistics, or service environments.
  • Work on robotic hardware (e.g., actuators, sensors, microcontrollers, embedded systems).
  • Program and simulate robotic movements using tools like ROS (Robot Operating System), Gazebo, or V-REP.
  • Develop control algorithms for navigation, object manipulation, and perception.
  • Integrate AI/ML, computer vision, and sensor fusion techniques for intelligent robotics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, AI, software) to deliver end-to-end robotic solutions.
  • Conduct experiments and performance tuning to ensure robust and scalable operation.
  • Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and technical evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in robotics or embedded systems development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: C++, Python, or MATLAB.
  • Experience with ROS, embedded platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32), or real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with sensors (LIDAR, IMU, cameras), kinematics, and control systems.
  • Understanding of machine learning, SLAM, or computer vision techniques is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in agile teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Hands-on experience with robotic arms, AGVs/AMRs, drones, or humanoid robots.
  • Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for prototyping and mechanical design.
  • Exposure to industrial robots (KUKA, ABB, FANUC, UR).
  • Experience deploying robotics projects in real-world or production environments.
  • Publications, hackathon experience, or contributions to open-source robotics projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C++, Python, or Java; understanding of mechanical design, electrical systems, and control theory.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex problems and developing creative solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical team.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Keeping up with the latest advancements in robotics and adapting to new technologies.
  • Experience : 5 to 10 years in the same field , preferably from EPC industry.
