You'll work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure the application not only functions well but also engages and retains users effectively through compelling content and strategic digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital strategy for the new web/mobile application aligning with business goals and user needs
  • Oversee all content creation and manage copy, multimedia and in-app content ensuring consistency in tone, branding and quality
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers and product managers to shape user journeys and optimize content for engagement and usability
  • Establish clear content guidelines and enforce digital best practices ensuring compliance with accessibility, SEO and branding standards
  • Manage digital assets across platforms and integrate them seamlessly with other marketing and communication channels
  • Provide leadership in setting up digital workflows and implement tools including CMS systems, analytics dashboards and editorial calendars
