Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk located in West Bengal, India. The role involves accurately entering and managing data into company systems, maintaining organized records, and performing routine administrative assistance. The Data Entry Clerk will be required to ensure data accuracy, collaborate with team members, manage basic customer service communication, and support day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Typing with attention to detail
  • Strong Computer Literacy skills, including familiarity with data entry software and basic office software
  • Ability to perform Administrative Assistance and office tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting professionally with colleagues and clients
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in computer applications or data entry are a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
