About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager (On-Site) who will be working at our client brand's office. The selected candidate will manage the brand's primary social media channels and sub-brands on a day-to-day basis, act as the first line of customer interaction, and ensure timely content publishing and community engagement. This is a unique role where you will work closely with the brand's internal team while being guided by our strategic direction from DMS Designs (Founders' Office).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end posting, publishing, and management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp, etc.) for the brand and its sub-brands.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries with professionalism and empathy, reflecting the brand's values and interact with the brand's staff if any information is required w.r.t. specific product details and so on.
• Engage actively with the community - building trust, loyalty, and consistent interaction with customers.
• Collaborate with the brand's in-house team for product updates, photos/videos, offers, and events.
• Coordinate with DMS Designs team for creative approvals, and monthly calendars.
• Track and report key metrics: engagement, enquiries, conversions, and audience growth.
• Post stories of latest designs and collections of products on a day-to-day basis.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Prior experience (1-2 years) in social media management, preferably for consumer-facing brands.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills (responding quickly and politely to enquiries).
• Strong command over English with conversational ability in Telugu and/or Tamil (mandatory for community engagement).
• Familiarity with jewellery, retail, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and able to coordinate between brand office and DMS Designs team seamlessly.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of practical social media management experience.
