Job Description – SMO Specialist (Fresher)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Fresher SMO Executive to support our social media marketing team. The candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and enthusiastic about building online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing social media strategies.

Create and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.

Research trending hashtags, keywords, and topics.

Help manage paid and organic social campaigns.

Monitor page activity and support engagement with followers.

Support content creation using Canva & AI tools.

Track competitors' activities and report insights.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing/Any field (Digital Marketing knowledge preferred).

Strong interest in social media platforms & trends.

Basic design skills (Canva) and writing skills for captions.

Willingness to learn social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Suite.
