Role Overview

The ERP Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the companys ERP system. This includes data entry, validation, generating reports, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments for accurate and timely use of ERP modules. The role is critical for maintaining system integrity and enabling data-driven decision-making across business.

Responsibility

ERP Operations & Data Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in ERP related to projects, procurement, finance, HR, sales, and contracts.
  • Validate and cross-check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from ERP for management and functional teams.
  • Support business teams with customized data queries, dashboards, and reports.

System Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level support to users on ERP functionalities and issues.
  • Coordinate with IT/vendor teams for escalations, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.

Process Compliance

  • Ensure ERP usage follows standard processes, approvals, and controls.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate ERP records.

Training & User Support

  • Assist in onboarding new employees onto ERP modules.
  • Share tips, quick guides, and training support for smooth adoption across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, Computer Applications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 25 years of experience as an ERP Operator/Executive in real estate, construction, or similar industries.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/real estate-specific ERP such as FARVISION, In4Suite, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and reliable in handling sensitive data.
