Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves strategic sourcing, talent pipeline building, stakeholder management, and ensuring the hiring of top-quality talent aligned with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a strong fit for the role and organization.
  • Maintain and update candidate database (ATS) and ensure smooth documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships (recruitment agencies, consultants, etc.) and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team (if applicable).
