Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and offer appropriate products or services.
- Present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client servicing and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of sales experience
(Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Telecom preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of the Gurgaon market and client preferences is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
