Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and offer appropriate products or services.
  • Present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update and manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client servicing and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of sales experience
    (Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Telecom preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of the Gurgaon market and client preferences is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
