Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and customization to support enterprise IT service management and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and compliance.
  • Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and ensure adherence to governance policies.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture & development.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, API, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CMDB design & data modeling.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant advanced certifications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
