Key responsibilities

  • Office maintenance and cleanliness:

    Sort, deliver, and file documents; handle photocopying, scanning, and printing; and assist with data entry and record-keeping. 


  • Hospitality: 
    Prepare and serve beverages like tea and coffee to staff and visitors; assist with setting up and clearing refreshments for meetings. 


  • Mail and errands: 
    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail; run errands such as delivering documents to other locations, making bank deposits, and purchasing office supplies.

  • General assistance:
