Role Title: Junior Accountant – Finance and Accounting

Based in: Padmanabhanagar, Bengaluru

Job Description:

  1. Assist Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.
  2. Record and maintain accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  3. Handle monthly GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books.
  4. Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.) and ensure timely payment of taxes.
  5. Handle Professional Tax and other statutory payments for clients.
  6. Support in bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledger reviews, and expense accounting.
  7. Coordinate with clients to collect data, invoices, and supporting information for compliance filings.

Key Skills:

  1. Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  2. Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  3. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Professional Tax compliances.
  4. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients.
  5. Eagerness to learn and ability to work under guidance.
  6. Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
