Project Engineer-Civil at JLL supports the Project Lead in managing and executing civil engineering projects. This role involves assisting with project coordination, technical oversight, and team management to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil engineering projects.

Help develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.

Support in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Assist in preparing technical reports, change orders, and project documentation.

Help identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Support quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Contribute to client presentations and progress meetings.

Assist in mentoring junior engineers and technicians.

Support the procurement process for materials and equipment.

Help prepare project proposals and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and software (e.g., AutoCAD).

Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
