Job Description
The Marketing specialist will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible for driving strategy, planning & executing marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should be well versed with modern marketing and growth hacking techniques, analytical & data-driven, have prior knowledge of analytics and campaign tools, be innovative and curious about digital marketing trends.

Roles & Responsibilities
ï'· Own the strategy and all marketing activities across channels such as FB, Instagram, Google, YT etc
ï'· Analyse and report performance metrics - traffic and conversions
ï'· Devise new innovative ways to market offerings
ï'· Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
ï'· Take decisions to optimize content and spends on a dynamic basis
ï'· Continually work on SEO of the website
ï'· Campaign management of own campaigns
ï'· Manage campaigns run by external partners
ï'· Social Media Strategy
ï'· Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Key Skills
ï'· Strong understanding of marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
ï'· Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills supported by good articulation.
ï'· Project management skills: Digital marketing executives also need to be good at handling time-sensitive
projects and working to deadlines
ï'· Strategic Marketing: Ability to think strategically in terms of segments, channels and resources deployed to achieve long term goals.
ï'· Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
ï'· Experience of 2/3+ years in digital marketing
ï'· Experience in product marketing in lifestyle, fashion segment would be an added advantage
ï'· Solid knowledge of web analytics and ad serving tools
ï'· Marketing Content writing skills would be bonus

ï'· Ability to interact and communicate with various genre of people and be able to present ideas in efficient manner.
ï'· Professionalism and discipline regarding time and deadlines.
ï'· Flexible to work long hours and be available even on holidays if that is the need of the hour.
ï'· Maintain focus and clear headedness when the pressure of deadlines is high.
